Project Overview
Completed the Block C Upgrade to Albany Creek State School. Works include design and construct, project management, arranging all approvals, services documentation, attending PCG meetings and preparing minutes and managing the project from state to finish within the school holiday timeframes and on budget.
KEY LEARNINGS
Working around an occupied environment with children, teachers and other staff. The work area was segregated with temporary fencing and all materials were isolated from outsiders.
Coordinating material delivery and contractor work hours around “out of school” operation hours.
Managing trades communication with stakeholders particularly working with parents who wanted input into the design and finished product.
