Project Overview
Working again with the team from International House Brisbane, Future Fitouts was engaged to transform 4 levels of space from the existing Fitness First Gym into a new Class 9B Language School to suit up to 800 students.
KEY LEARNINGS & METHODOLOGY
Fully designed and documented project, working in a heavily occupied building with strict time constraints including the completion of all noisy works out of hours. Isolating services in a building with tenants operating 24hrs, made for critical supervision and management of on-site trades and works.
