JAY PATEL

Jay joined the Future Fitouts team in 2017! He is a reliable and keen team member who is always seeking to learn new systems and strategies to improve his performance and produce quality output.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Urban Development (Construction Management) (Honours), Jay’s primary role is to ensure all the compliance and licensing requirements are met prior to commencing works on sites, as well as assisting in the organising of trades and contract administration across all the projects.

A rapidly growing family oriented team! Also, the team’s positive attitude, enthusiastic work ethic and everyday innovative ideas that improve business processes and ensure projects are delivered on time and in turn grow the business.
Something I’m proud of achieving
The life experience gained from the decisions taken and exposures I have come across to date. Being a successful individual since I left my family (in India), home and country at the age of 19 (What a transition!). Buying my own property in just under a year of dreaming for it.

Personal interests outside of Future Fitouts
Being an explorer (hunger for positive success), find ways on how to be a successful person on a daily basis. A property lover/ achiever, would love to develop my own property one day followed by a few more. Being a traveller, love to roam and hope to explore more of what’s around.
