Lauren joined Future Fitouts in 2012 bringing a wealth of experience from corporate positions within the property development and construction sectors.  Lauren focus is to work ”on” the business- improving systems, building long standing relationships, creating an attractive culture, building a team, strategic management and investing time for the future of Future Fitouts.

I LOVE what I do!  We have built a wonderful culture and are always challenging each other to succeed.  It’s a fun, positive and inspiring environment.  Every member of the Future Fitouts team is dedicated, hardworking and just good people!

Something I’m proud of achieving
Juggling a baby and building a business (at the same time) – both equally demanding and rewarding!  Achieving goals at a young age and watching our company grow!

Three things I’m grateful for
EVERYTHING! My family & health; following my dreams and passions everyday and living in Australia (the best place in the world).

Personal interests outside of Future Fitouts
Being a mum, spending time with family / friends, property, working on the next ‘idea’.
