Future Fitouts delivered a comprehensive cold-shell fitout of the Level 3 and Level 4 tenancies for Queensland Health, adhering to all Queensland Government security protocols and procedures. The scope encompassed the installation of all new in-tenancy services, including mechanical, electrical, and data infrastructure, to support the operational requirements of a high-capacity workplace. Works featured the construction of glazed director’s offices and boardrooms, open-plan workspaces, furnished kitchenettes, and specialised storage rooms designed to accommodate a large number of staff. High-quality, custom joinery was incorporated throughout, seamlessly blending functionality with a modern aesthetic to create a professional, welcoming, and efficient environment tailored to Queensland Health’s specific needs.
