Sentinel Property Group Speculative Fitout

At acquisition this particularly building had a few floors of vacancy. Sentinel engaged us to carryout ‘speculative fitouts’ with the goal to attract A & B  grade tenants in a short space of time. Within three (3) months of completion, the space was leased.

KEY LEARNINGS

As the property was vacant, there was a conscious decision to design the area to a budget whilst maintaining the integrity and high quality looking fitout. The space was designed constructed, furnished and styled by in -house Future Fitouts delivery team. Other challenges also involved the installation of the new kitchen (running all drainage through the ceiling of the QLD Police tenancy below, out of hours). Coordination in a live, high-security government tenancy.
