EAGLE JUNCTION STATE SCHOOL OSHC

Engaged by Capworks on behalf of the Department of Education to carry building in of an existing Undercroft together with a linked undercover walkway. The space was designed to be a vibrant and fun multipurpose space for after school care, functions, and group activities. Future Fitouts managed the project and coordination of all contractors including the following works: demolition, 200mm topping slab, new windows and sliding glass doors, new toilets, air conditioning, general builders work, new partitions, and linings, electrical, data, painting, multi-colour vinyl flooring, joinery, floor to ceiling and cut trees with work benches made from clear coated plywood.

The Future Fitouts team worked to tight timeframes within a live environment while managing the expectations of staff, teachers, and other stakeholders. The project was on a tight time running over 12 weeks between school holidays with the linked walkway installation and some playground renovation works happening over the following school holidays. The school and all stakeholders were more than happy with the works which completed both on-time and on budget.
