Project Overview
MultiLit engaged Future Fitouts to complete the fitout for their new
Brisbane office. The coordination and project management was solely
completed by Future Fitouts, including the following works: Demolition, all building works, new partitions and linings, electrical, data and all FFE.
Future Fitouts managed the entire fitout from concept to completion. During initial construction a compliance issue surrounding the FHR was noted by the certifier. Future Fitouts managed the coordination of the installation of the new FHR to ensure compliance of the fitout. The client was under tight timeframes to have the fitout completed by their grand opening. Future Fitouts completed the project on time and within budget.
