BRISBANE FERRARI SHOWROOM FITOUT

In 2021, Future Fitouts was awarded the Brisbane Ferrari Showroom contract to refurbish the existing Newstead showroom and upgrade in line with the brand’s Corporate Identity (CI). To ensure Ferrari remained fully functional and operational throughout the upgrade works, majority of the works were scheduled and carried out early mornings prior to the showroom opening hours. Other works were carefully managed during normal working hours and were undertaken behind full-height hoardings for each stage.

The cleanliness, dust and housekeeping of the site was particularly important as millions of dollars of high-end cars were existing in the space. This project included two new offices to match the existing with smoked glass fronts and pivot doors and bulkheads above. The Manager’s office – shopfront partition was modified to accommodate for the new Ferrari interactive wall as per the CI requirements. The client nominated external contractors for the signage, atelier panel revolving doors, furniture and joinery. These subcontractors were engaged and managed by Future Fitouts.
