BONACCI INFRASTRUCTURE BRISBANE HEAD OFFICE FITOUT

Engineering Consultants, Bonacci Infrastructure engaged Future Fitouts to carry out the fitout of their new office in the RACQ building as well as the make good of their existing. Future Fitouts designed, managed, and coordinated all contractors including the following works: demolition and relocation, building work, new partitions and linings, electrical, data, painting, flooring including carpet and tiles, stone, glazing, and joinery throughout.

KEY LEARNINGS

The Future Fitouts team worked closely with the client to ensure a well-designed space was achieved for the growing business. An open plan, bright and timeless approach was taken for the design.

The works required careful planning and coordination of trades and material delivery over the construction period including outside hours and weekend works, guaranteeing the client could move into the new space with minimal disruption. The make good and new fitout were handed over on time and on budget ensuring a smooth transition for the client.
