Project Overview
Contracted by the Shayher Group for a full defit and make good of the back to base build plan of current display suites and offices. The Project also included assorted building works including the construction of new tenancy walls, new ceilings and split electrical and mechanical services from the adjacent tenancy.
Methodology
The Future Fitouts team completed the project on time while working to minimise disruption to other building tenants as well as working alongside another contractor undertaking a fitout on the same floor. Key methodologies included the removal of all display suite materials to be utilised as spares in a separate building.
