Project Overview
Engaged by Sentinel Property Group on behalf of QLD Corrective Services,
works included; strip-out and carry out lessor works including; ceilings, flooring, automatic doors and external BCA Compliance upgrades.
KEY LEARNINGS
The challenge with this project was the upgrading of noncompliant access existing ramps to meet code requirements under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
METHODOLOGY
Working closely with the Certifier and Structural Engineer to design the new ramps to meet current NCC code requirements and access into the
building. The tenancy was vacant so internal works carried out promptly.
Another project delivered on-time, budget and to a high standard.
