Queen Street Specialist Suite

A high spec fitout featuring two surgery room rooms and a reception area. All finishes and fixtures were selected of a high quality including; bespoke custom joinery and furniture, vinyl plank flooring laid in herringbone pattern, wainscot detailing to wall and door panelling throughout and
featured artwork. An impressive and functional space.

KEY LEARNINGS

The tenancy was located in the Q&A Building in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, bringing it’s own set of challenges with logistics, access, other tenancies (in close proximity) and strict building management guidelines. To counteract these challenges the Future Fitouts delivery team coordinated works out of hours including; noisy works, switch board shut downs, underslab drainage (in other tenanted spaces) and deliveries to ensure all stakeholders needs were managed and other tenants in the building were uninterrupted.

Another project delivered on-time, budget and to a high standard.
